Terms of Service

These terms cover purchases made through The Forge ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them. The Forge sells Hypixel SkyBlock account access and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Hypixel Inc. or Mojang AB.

1. Orders & delivery

Placing an order on this site reserves the listed account and generates an order number. Delivery is completed manually with our team over Discord. Please contact us with your order number to finish the handover. No payment is taken on this website.

2. Pricing & stock

Prices and stock shown are updated by our staff and may change without notice. If a listing sells out between your order and contact, we'll offer an equivalent account or a full refund of anything paid.

3. Account ownership

You are responsible for securing the account after delivery - change the email, password, and recovery details immediately. We provide all original credentials needed to take full ownership.

4. Refunds

Because account credentials are handed over directly, all sales are final once delivery is complete. If an account does not match the stats advertised at the time of sale, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will make it right.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use purchased accounts for chargebacks, fraud, or any activity that violates Hypixel or Mojang terms. Fraudulent chargebacks void all support and may be reported.
